Waldorf Salad
- 2 cups diced apple, unpeeled
- 1 cup diced celery
- ½ cup halved seedless grapes
- ¼ cup broken nuts (I like English walnuts.)
- ¼ cup Miracle Whip
Toss apple, celery, grapes & nuts with dressing. I sometimes use a little chopped lettuce in mine.
