Strawberry Cake

• 1 box white cake mix
• ½ cup frozen strawberries
• 1 box strawberry jello
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 4 stiffly beaten egg whites

Mix together cake mix and dry Jello. Add strawberries, water and oil to dry mix and beat well. Fold in the egg whites and bake 35 min. at 350°.

Frosting

Mix together: 1 stick oleo, ½ cup strawberries, and 1 box powdered sugar. Connie makes this cake with fresh strawberries, and as Joanna would say, "it is just very delicious".
