Salsa

  • 1 can tomatoes, drained & chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped canned jalapena
  • 1 clove crushed garlic (if you like)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl & let stand a few minutes to develop flavor.
