Raisin Carrot Salad

  • 3 ½ cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coconut

Toss to mix. Add 1 cup sour cream to mixture. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Freezes well.
