Molded Gelatin Salad

Dissolve 1 package lemon or lime Jello in 1 cup hot water. Let set till partially set, then whip with mixer until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup cooked, drained, crushed pineapple, ½ cup chopped nuts, and 2 tbs. Miracle Whip -- can add a little sour cream if you like.

Pour in flat pan & let "set" in refrigerator. Shred cheese on top.
