Mina Lou's Ritz Cracker Pie

• 3 egg whites -- beat stiff
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix well.

Add:

• 21 ground Ritz crackers
• 1 cup pecans

Mix well and put in greased pie plate. Bake at 350° for 25 min. Chill and top with Dream Whip (will dry out on top if not topped with something).
