Judy Potatoes

Slice potatoes with peeling on. Boil until almost tender, then place in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Dot with butter & bake in a 350° oven till done.

Judy learned to make these in Home Ec. & I'm sure they had a name, but we just always called them "Judy Potatoes".
