Fancy Mints

• 1 egg white
• 1 stick Oleo
• 1 box powdered sugar
• mint flavoring
• cake coloring (any color you want)

Mix and beat the ingredients until they lose grainy texture. Put in cake decorator and use any design you want -- on wax paper. We made these for Connie's wedding. Makes 800 to 1,000 mints.
