Chocolate Sheet Cake

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• ½ teaspoon salt

Sift together in mixing bowl.

• ½ cup oil
• 1 stick margerine
• 4 Tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup water

Bring to rapid boil and pour over dry ingredients.

• ½ cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Add to mixture in order, and mix well.

Bake in greased cookie sheet 15-20 min. Frost immediately (while hot) with the following:

• ½ cup (1 stick) margerine
• 6 Tablespoons buttermilk
• 4 Tablespoons cocoa

Mix together, and bring to boil. Stir in:

• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup nuts
