Preheat oven to 350°
In heavy skillet saute ¼ cup onion in 2 TBS butter till brown. Remove from heat & add ½ cup green chilies, undrained, and 2 cups pinto beans (or can use can of refrieds).
Mix this well & spread ¼ cup over each flour tortilla. Put a layer of cooked, seasoned hamburger meat on this, then top with layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese & 2 TBS salsa.
Fold over burritos in center & place in 2 qts. baking dish, face down & bake 15 minutes.
