Bundt Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • ¾ cup corn oil
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon butter flavoring

Mix and set aside: ¼ cup sugar, ½ cup pecans, & 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Grease & flour bundt pan well.

Pour 1/3 batter, sprinkle ½ cinnamon mixture, 1/3 more batter, rest of cin. mixture and the rest of the cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45-50 min. Cool for 10 min., and top with mixture of: 1 cup p. sugar, ½ ts. vanilla, ½ ts. butter flavoring, 2 TS. milk or cream.
